Main characters:
- Huckleberry Finn
- Jim (I don’t know what is Jim’s full name, and please accept my apologize for this)
- Pop Finn
- Tom Sawyer
- The King and the Duke
- Aunt Polly
- Miss Watson
Exposition - Huckleberry Finn (also known as Huck) is the son of Pop Finn, a violent and inebriated man. As an orphan, he stays with Miss Watson, but he must be obedient and clean at all times. Miss Watson seemed to be unconcerned with Huck's preferred manner of life. Huck has to go to school, so he is actively demonstrating that he can no longer tolerate his way of life.
Conflict- As a prisoner, Huck is forced to live with Pop. Later, he fakes death to get away from Pop, and he has to find a place to live after escaping.
Rising Action -Jim proves to be a helpful companion on Huck's runaway voyage. On a wooden raft, they live a wonderful life together in search of their well-deserved independence.
Rising Action -Huck and Jim save two rapscallions, the King and the Duke, after living happily for a long time. You may think the two gentlemen would thank Huck and Jim for their assistance, but they don't appear to be grateful. Huck and Jim have had enough of the King and Duke's espionage, so they must devise a new strategy to flee.
Rising Action -The King and the Duke covertly sell Jim to the parents of a young boy named Tom Sawyer, and Huck is forced to spend every weekend with Tom trying to find out a way to help Jim escape.
Climax -After saving Jim, Huck and Tom began to flee. Unfortunately, someone shot them as they were leaving, injuring Tom, so Huck had to get a doctor.
Falling Action -Following his recovery, Tom excitedly shared every detail of his plan to assist Jim with everyone. He was thwarted, however, when he learned that Jim had been recaptured.
Resolution -Jim was no longer a slave. When Huck's father died, Tom's mother, Aunt Polly, volunteered to raise and teach Huck.
My opinion: I would really recommend this book for everyone, especially kids from 8 and up, mostly for who that are fond of adventurous stories. This book enhanced a huge variety of adventurous, curious, and interesting and atmosphere. Mark Twain described all of the details of each scene in the book, which gives us a huge imagination of Huckleberry’s journey.
This book was rated as one of my favorite books of Mark Twain. I hope you guys enjoy it.
